Orders 
All orders placed through Fastbazer.online are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Once an order is confirmed, it may not be modified or cancelled unless permitted by our cancellation policy.

Pricing and Payments 
All prices displayed on Fastbazer.online are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Customers are required to pay the applicable amount, including product price, delivery charges, taxes, and other applicable fees at the time of purchase. We accept payment through the payment methods available on our platform. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders where available.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Limit
Delivery partners are not permitted to carry or retain cash exceeding ₹500 while making deliveries. Customers are requested to pay the exact order amount whenever possible. If change is unavailable due to this cash limit, customers may be asked to use a digital payment method or provide the exact amount.

Shipping and Delivery 
Fastbazer.online aims to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time; however, delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, public holidays, order volume, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and be available to receive the order. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply or the order may be cancelled

Returns and Refunds 
> Customers may request a return or refund only for eligible products in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired at the time of delivery may qualify for a return or refund. Requests must be made within the specified time period after delivery. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method or another method determined by Fastbazer.online. Certain products, including perishable items, may not be eligible for return unless they are delivered damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired.

Perishable Products (Milk, Curd, Food, Vegetables, Fish & Meat)
> Due to the perishable nature of milk, curd (doi), cooked food, vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, eggs, and other fresh products, these items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once delivered, except where the product is damaged, defective, expired, contaminated, or an incorrect item was delivered. Any such issue must be reported immediately after delivery, along with clear photo evidence, for review by Fastbazer.online.

User Responsibilities 
> By using Fastbazer.online, users agree to:
Provide accurate and complete personal, contact, and delivery information.
Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Place genuine orders and avoid fraudulent or abusive activities.
Be available to receive orders at the selected delivery location.
Treat delivery partners and customer support staff with respect.
Promptly report any issues related to orders or deliveries.

Prohibited Products 
> Fastbazer.online does not permit the sale or delivery of any products that are illegal or prohibited under applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to:
Illegal drugs or narcotics
Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
Counterfeit or stolen goods
Tobacco, vaping products, or alcohol where prohibited by law
Expired, unsafe, or adulterated products
Any product whose sale or delivery is prohibited by applicable laws or government regulations
Fastbazer.online reserves the right to remove, reject, or cancel any order involving prohibited products.

Limitation of Liability 
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastbazer.online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or any delay, interruption, or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.

Account Suspension and Termination 
> Fastbazer.online reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account, without prior notice, if the user violates these Terms and Conditions, provides false information, engages in fraudulent or illegal activities, repeatedly cancels orders without valid reasons, abuses the platform, or behaves inappropriately toward delivery partners or customer support staff.
